Gingher's 4-1/2" Knife Edge Thread Nippers are the perfect tool for cutting and snipping threads, heavier yarn, and thick layers of fabric. It has an innovative spring-action design that gently opens the blades after each cut, reducing hand fatigue to make cutting virtually effortless. Designed to work with the index finger underneath the snips while the thumb is on top. The middle finger goes through the loop to stabilize the nippers while the thumb and index finger push the blades together for cutting. They feature precision-ground, nickel-plated, knife-edge blades and a specialized handle.
