With 24 stitch varieties, 1500 stitches per minute, and a seam width range of 3mm to 9mm, you can achieve practically every serger technique and decorative stitch you have dreamed about! Juki has flawlessly combined all overlock sewing and cover stitching power all in the Juki MO-735 Serger.

Extra-High Front Foot Lift

When sewing multiple layers of thick fabric, it can be strenuous to fit all the layers beneath the presser foot. The Extra-High Front Foot Lift option enables accurate positioning of thick fabric or layers of fabric to be handled with ease. The MO-735 presser foot can be raised up to 5mm. These few extra millimeters can make a huge difference when sewing thicker fabrics like denim or fleece.

Easy Thread Tension

Thread tension should be properly adjusted to suit the various types of work. The ideal tension setting for most fabrics and threads is between 3 and 5. However, this can vary quite considerably with special threads. Only use decorative threads in the looper. The thread must move easily and without resistance through the looper's eye. Unlimited tension adjustments can be made from 1 to 9. To lower the tension, turn the dial downwards and to increase the tension rotate the dial upwards.

Safety First

The built-in Micro Safety Switch is a safety feature that stops the machine from sewing if either the front or side covers are open. Ultimately preventing accidental operation of the serger during the threading process.

Differential Feed & Stitch Length Dials | Selection Lever

Keep things moving along evenly, with these easily accessible controls that allow you to adjust feed and stitch length to perfection - even while sewing.

Thanks to the Selection Lever, there is no longer a need to change the foot or plate when switching from standard serging to rolled hemming. With just a flip of a switch, automatic rolled hemming can be effortlessly created, and easily switched back again.

Adjustable Presser Foot Pressure

Increase or decrease the presser foot pressure by simply turning a knob for optimum feed of all fabric weights. Depending on the material, apply more pressure on lightweight fabrics to keep them in place below the presser foot. For heavyweight materials, reduce the pressure so the fabric can slide more easily between the foot and the needle plate.

2/3 Thread Conversion

The Juki MO-735 Serger comes standard with a 2/3 thread converter. Use the upper looper converter to sew stitches with one looper thread, such as a 2-thread roll hem, a 2-thread flatlock, and an overlock. When the machine is converted to cover/chain stitch, the knife guard in the looper cover is replaced by the cover stitch extension plate. The extension plate covers the released upper looper and extends the stitch plate to the right of the presser foot.

Color-coded Thread Path System

Use the fool-proof Color-coded Thread Path System to quickly and efficiently thread your machine. Just follow the color indicators and lay the threads into the guides! Thanks to the automatic lower looper threading system, threading the lower looper is all too easy.

Upper & Lower Knife System

The knife system on the Juki MO-735 performs with a firm drive to guarantee consistent and smooth cutting for both light and heavy weight fabrics - so that all fabric edges are trimmed safely and professionally.

Effortlessly release the upper knife with the press of a button providing more sewing room. This is excellent when sewing in coverstitch mode or when fabric trimming is not needed.

You can also easily adjust the width if the lower knife with just a turn of a dial, creating perfect seams and rolled edges.
