You have 90 days to return your order for an exchange, or a refund (provided the item(s) and the factory original packaging, bags, labels, &/or foam is/are included and in new condition). Because we ship from multiple locations, all product returning to us is required to have a SewingPartsOnline issued RMA number. This RMA number must be visible on the outside of the box. Product returned without a visible RMA will be rejected. Please call us at 615-229-7171 to obtain a RMA number and the correct return address. Any product returned to the incorrect location will only be refunded for 40% of your purchase total.
If we made a mistake or the item was broken, you can rest assured that we will take care of the issue at no cost to you! (You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there was an issue we need to resolve.)
If you decide to simply return, just ship it back to us for a refund less shipping charges (provided the item(s) and factory original packaging, bags, labels, &/or foam is/are in new condition). Orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping will be refunded less our cost to ship the order. We can send a prepaid shipping label for your return, which will be subtracted from your refund total. After 60 days a $5 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater) will apply.

All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. This applies to all forms of payment, including gift cards, prepaid cards, gift certificates, and PayPal.
Any item without original packaging, items damaged by you or deemed in unsaleable condition, special order items, opened software and designs, LED/LCD panels and circuit boards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

U.S. Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are charged per package weight and is calculated in real time to your shipping address.
Once a package tracking number is marked "Delivered" by the chosen shipping company, SewingPartsOnline is no longer responsible for the package.
Shipping Time lines
-In Stock items normally ship within 24-72 business hours (1 to 3 working business days). Special Order and Back Order products may take longer.
-Your order may ship in multiple shipments to best serve you.
-Once an order has been shipped, you cannot make any changes or cancel the order (Since it's no longer in our warehouse).
-All International packages can only be shipped via USPS.
-All US packages can be shipped via USPS and UPS.
-There is absolutely no free shipping to any countries besides the United States.
-If you place an order after 2PM central time on Friday, the order will not begin processing for shipment until the following Monday morning.
-If you choose UPS as your shipping option, we do not offer Saturday delivery. If you choose UPS overnight shipping on a Friday, your order will not be delivered until the following Monday.
-Delays usually occur when you place your order during the weekend or around holidays.
-2nd Day Air & Next Day Air orders must be placed before 3pm central standard time for the order to ship same day.
-We will send you a shipping email confirmation containing your tracking number upon shipment [if you provide us with an email address].
If an item you order is back ordered or out of stock, your order will remain active in our system until the item comes back into stock or the product is discontinued. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped, unless you paid for your order with PayPal or your order is sent in multiple shipments.
Per PayPal policy the entire order total will be charged when you submit your order when using PayPal as a payment method. In the event that your order is split into multiple shipments, we will charge the full order total when the first shipment is ready to ship.
If a part is discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel the discontinued item and ship the remainder of your order.
We are only responsible for collecting the sales tax on all purchases that are shipped anywhere in TN. Any customers that purchase any items from our websites that are shipped outside of TN are legally responsible for reporting their purchases and are responsible for Use Tax on their purchases. For questions see your state tax rules and the Dept. of Revenue. We are in no way responsible for any unreported use tax on internet purchases and/or any sales tax on orders placed and shipped outside of TN. By purchasing from our sites, you accept this responsibility.
Due to fraud concerns, we reserve the right to cancel any order that's billing country is different than the shipping country. As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes charged by your country of residence.
