Shipping Policies

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

U.S. Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are charged per package weight and is calculated in real time to your home address.

Shipping Time lines
  • Most packages are shipping within 24-72 business hours of your order
  • Once an order has been shipped, you cannot make any changes or cancel the order (Since it's no longer in our warehouse)
  • All International packages can only be shipped via USPS
  • All US packages can be shipped via USPS and Fedex
  • There is absolutely no free shipping to any countries besides the United States.
  • If you place an order after 2PM central time on Friday, the order will not begin processing for shipment until the following Monday morning.
  • If you choose Fedex as your shipping option, we do not offer Saturday delivery. If you choose Fedex overnight shipping on a Friday, your order will not be delivered until the following Monday.
  • Delays usually occur when you place your order during the weekend, holidays or anytime after 2PM Central standard time
  • We will send you a shipping email confirmation containing your tracking number upon shipment [if you provide us with an email address]
Backordered Items
If an item you order is back ordered or out of stock, your order will remain active in our system until it the item comes back into stock, and we will not charge your credit card until the item is shipped.

Use Tax:
We are only responsible for collecting the sales tax on all purchases that are shipped anywhere in TN. Any customers that purchase any items from our websites that are shipped outside of TN are legally responsible for reporting their purchases and are responsible for Use Tax on their purchases. Any questions see your state tax rules and the Dept. of Revenue. We are in no way responsible for any unreported use tax on internet purchases and/or any sales tax on orders placed and shipped outside of TN. By purchasing from our sites, you accept this responsibility.

International Orders:
Due to fraud concerns, we have the right to cancel any order that's billing country is different then the shipping country. We proudly ship all of our products to every country in the world! As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes charged by your country of residence.
