U.S. Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are charged per package weight and is calculated in real time to your home address.
Shipping Time lines
- Most packages are shipping within 24-72 business hours of your order
- All International packages can only be shipped via USPS
- All US packages can be shipped via USPS, UPS & Fedex
- There is absolutely no free shipping to any countries besides the United States.
- Delays usually occur when you place your order during the weekend, holidays or anytime after 2PM Central standard time
- We
will send you a shipping confirmation order containing your tracking
number upon shipment [if you provide us with an email address]
- If
you create/created an account with us during checkout, you can check
the status of your order on our website via the My Account link
Backordered Items:
If an item you order is back ordered or is a special order, we will
contact you letting you know an expected date of arrival and will not
charge your credit card until the item is shipped.
Use Tax:
We are only responsible for collecting
the sales tax on all purchases that are shipped anywhere in TN. Any customers
that purchase any items from our websites that are shipped outside of TN are
legally responsible for reporting their purchases and are responsible for Use
Tax on their purchases. Any questions see your state tax rules and the Dept. of
Revenue. We are in no way responsible for any unreported use tax on internet
purchases and/or any sales tax on orders placed and shipped outside of TN. By
purchasing from our sites, you accept this responsibility.
