We introduce you to Auntie, one of Arrow's best-selling mid-sized cabinets. Auntie fits in compact areas when closed and provides an ample workspace when open. Auntie is well-built and can be freely moved whenever you need to reorganize your sewing room. You can add a custom insert to your table if you'd like, ensuring that your specific machine fits precisely and exactly.
The Auntie allows for three height levels for your sewing machine: flat-bed, free-arm, and storage. At flat-bed level, your throat space will be perfectly aligned with the cabinet's table, providing you with a generous amount of surface area to rest your fabric rather than it draping off the left side of your machine. You can lift your machine above the table to remove the accessory tray and expose the free-arm for when you're working on hems and similar tasks. Finally, you can lower your machine into the cabinet for storage when you're finished sewing. Having your machine safely stowed away guards it against rough handling and dust, which can negatively impair performance and longevity.
Auntie is currently offered in two color options: Oak and White. Features include a sturdy build with locking casters for stability and easy movement, a large lift opening that accomodates most standard-sized sewing machines on the market, and a door cubby to store notions and other supplies. Auntie has a melamine laminate surface meaning it's tough, scratch-resistant, and waterproof.
Auntie is compatible with most Arrow add-ons, including the Suzi Cabinet and Storage Cube Craft Organizer. Many pieces of Arrow furniture are made to complement each other, meaning you can design a harmonious sewing room or build as you go.
