Janome's Skyline S3 is specially designed with you in mind. This easy-to-operate sewing machine makes creating simple and enjoyable. Choose from 120 built-in stitches, 7 one-step buttonholes, and 1 alphabet. Use the speed control slider to adjust sewing speeds up to 820 stitches per minute. The unique design of the Skyline S3 allows it to sew smoothly with less operating noise than other machines. Stitches and machine settings can be easily selected using the backlit LCD screen. With the Superior Feed System Plus, you can feed the thickest, multi-layer projects with ease. The 7-piece feed dog moves in conjunction with the presser foot to ensure a consistent feed. With 71 unique needle positions, you can pinpoint the exact starting point while sewing decorative stitches, applique, and free motion quilting.

Foot Pressure Adjustment Dial

Reduce or increase the foot pressure according to the material being sewn; lightweight and stretchy fabrics require more pressure while heavier fabric requires less. This feature ensures consistent stitches on all fabric types.

Memorized Needle Up/Down

Press this button to raise or lower the needle. It will stay in its assigned position until the button is pressed again. This feature is useful when sewing curved seams or turning corners.

Drop Feed

The Skyline S3 allows you to drop your feed dogs with the flip of a switch. With the feed dogs lowered, you can free-motion quilt, sew buttons, and more.
