The Skyline S5 features a 7-piece feed dog system that moves in tandem with the presser foot, ensuring a consistent fabric feed. Also, on the S5, you can drop your feed dogs. This feature is a must-have on any sewing machine, and on the S5, you can drop the feed dogs with the flip of a switch. Once you disengage the feed dogs, you can free motion quilt, freehand/machine embroidery, and sew buttons.
Snap-on Presser Feet
To change out the presser feet on the Skyline S5 is as easy as pushing a button; no screwdriver required! Since there are more than eight snap-on presser feet included with the S5, this handy feature will save you time.
Built-in Needle Threader
The Skyline S5 features a built-in needle threader, taking out the guesswork, near-misses, and frustration! No need to squint or search the old fashion needle threads; with just a few simple motions, your needle is threaded and ready to sew.
Free Arm with Built-in Storage
