Return / Exchange An Order

No Hassle Returns: You have 365 days to return your order for an exchange, or a refund. If we made a mistake or the item was broken, you can rest assured that we will take care of the issue at no cost to you! (Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if there was an issue we need to resolve.) If you decide to simply return, just ship it back to us for a full refund less shipping charges (providing the item(s) is/are in new condition).

Our #1 goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and the service that we provided you with!


Refund

If you wish to return any item(s) for a refund:

Step 1. Print a simple return form by clicking here, or use the form that’s on the back of the invoice that came inside the box.

Step 2. Package up the item(s) that you’re returning for a refund and be sure to include the return form inside the box.

Step 3. Ship the package back to us insured, with a tracking number to the following address:

That’s it! As soon as we receive the package back, your refund will be issued within 3 business days using the method of payment that you originally used.

- All items have to be in brand new, resalable condition

Exchange

If you wish to return any item(s) for an exchange:

Step 1. If you need help locating the correct item that you need, call our customer service team at (888) 824-1192 and we’ll be happy to help you.

Step 2. Print a simple return form by clicking here, or use the form that’s on the back of the invoice that came inside the box. To speed up the exchange process, be sure to indicate on the return form the new item(s) that you’re wanting to exchange for.

Step 3. Package up the item(s) that you’re returning for an exchange and be sure to include the return form inside the box.

Step 4. Ship the package back to us insured, with a tracking number to the following address:

That’s it! As soon as we receive the package back, we will process your exchange within 3 business days and contact you if we need a credit card to charge the difference to. If a partial refund is required, we will issue the refund using the method of payment that you originally used.

Replacement

If an item that you ordered was damaged in shipping:

Step 1. Send us an email at info@sewingpartsonline.com or call our customer service team at (888) 824-1192 and let us know about the issue. We will ship a replacement right away at absolutely no cost to you.

Step 2. If we need the damaged item back, there will be a prepaid return label inside the box with the replacement item. All you need to do is place the damaged item in the box, tape it up and put the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and give it to your mail carrier.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, so we can quickly resolve this issue for you!


If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item:

Step 1. Send us an email to info@sewingpartsonline.com or call our customer service team at (888) 824-1192 and let us know about the issue. We will ship you the correct item right away at absolutely no cost to you.

Step 2. There will be a prepaid return label inside the box included with the correct item(s) that you ordered. All you need to do is place the incorrect item(s) in the box, tape it up and put the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and give it to your mail carrier.
