Return / Exchange An Order

No Hassle Returns: You have 365 days to return your order for an exchange, or a refund (provided the item(s) and the factory original packaging, bags, labels, &/or foam is/are included and in new condition). All product returning to us is required to have SewingPartsOnline RMA number visible on the outside of the box. Product returned without a visible RMA will be rejected. Please call us at 615-229-7171 to obtain a RMA number. Orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping will be refunded less our cost to ship the order. After 60 days a $5 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater) will apply.

Requesting a Return

If you wish to return any item(s) for a refund:

Step 1. Contact us at (615) 229-7171 or send us an email to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2. Print a simple return form by clicking here, or use the form that’s on the back of the invoice that came inside the box.

Step 3. Package up the product that you are returning for a refund. Please be sure to include all the original packaging, include the completed return form inside the box and write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Step 4. Ship the package back to us insured, with a tracking number to the following address:

That’s it! After we receive the return product, it will be inspected to verify it's condition. If your returned product is in working resalable condition, your refund will be issued within 7 - 10 business days using the method of payment that you originally used.

- All items must be in brand new, resalable condition. Please double check our list of non-returnable products. After 60 days a $5 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater) will apply.




Requesting an Exchange

If you wish to return any item(s) for an exchange:

Step 1. If you need help locating the correct item that you need, call our customer service team at (615) 229-7171 and we’ll be happy to help you.

Step 2. Contact us at (615) 229-7171 or send us an email to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3. Print a simple return form by clicking here, or use the form that’s on the back of the invoice that came inside the box. To speed up the exchange process, be sure to indicate on the return form the new item(s) that you’re wanting to exchange for.

Step 4. Package up the product that you are returning for an exchange. Please be sure to include all the original packaging, include the completed return form inside the box and write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Step 5. Ship the package back to us insured, with a tracking number to the following address:

That’s it! After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to verify it's condition. If your returned product is in working resalable condition, your exchange will be processed and your new product will be mailed out. We may contact you if we need a credit card to charge the difference to. If a partial refund is required, we will issue the refund using the method of payment that you originally used.

Requesting a Replacement

If an item that you ordered was damaged in shipping:

Step 1. Send us an email at info@sewingpartsonline.com or call our customer service team at (615) 229-7171 and let us know about the issue. We will require photo evidence of the damaged package and product.

Step 2. If we need the damaged item back, there will be a prepaid return label inside the box with the replacement item. All you need to do is place the damaged item in the box, tape it up and put the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and give it to your mail carrier.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, so we can quickly resolve this issue for you!


If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item:

Step 1. Send us an email to info@sewingpartsonline.com or call our customer service team at (615) 229-7171 and let us know about the issue. We will require photo evidence of the mistakenly shipped product. We will ship you the correct item right away at absolutely no cost to you.

Step 2. There will be a prepaid return label inside the box included with the correct item(s) that you ordered. All you need to do is place the incorrect item(s) in the box, tape it up and put the prepaid return label over the original shipping label and give it to your mail carrier.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, so we can quickly resolve this issue for you!


If the package was lost by the delivery company:

If your tracking number indicates your package as delivered, SewingPartsOnline is no longer responsible for the package.

Step 1. Contact the delivery company directly to attempt to locate your package.

Step 2. If the delivery company cannot assist in the recovery of your package, send us an email to info@sewingpartsonline.com or call our customer service team at (615) 229-7171. We can attempt to open a dispute with the delivery company.

You must contact the delivery company BEFORE contacting SewingPartsOnline. Once a package is handed over to a delivery company it is no longer the responsibility of SewingPartsOnline.com and any attempt to locate your lost package is done as a courtesy to you, our customer.
