Do you ship orders internationally?
Answer: Yes. We ship to Australia, Canada, the United States and it's territories.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Answer: Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools, government departments and businesses. Simply fax or mail your purchase order to us. If your order is under $49, please use our website's shipping estimator to get a cost for shipping and include the additional amount in your payment. Please note: To provide the best shopping experience, we currently do not accept outside shipping accounts or freight pickup.
Do you sell wholesale to businesses?
Answer: Currently we don't offer wholesale accounts, but we do offer discounts to wholesale related inquires. Contact our customer service team for more information.
How can I find out how much the shipping cost of my order is going to be?
Answer: After you have all of the items added to your shopping cart, click on the view cart button in the top right corner of the website. On this page, there's a place for you to type in your zip code to view shipping rates of UPS & USPS. Remember, qualifying orders over $49 automatically receive free shipping.
I don't like ordering over the internet, can I mail in my order?
Answer: Yes, you can mail in your order to our mailing address listed above. Please include your full address, how you would like the order to be shipped and all of the item's part numbers that you wish to order along with quantities. Remember to use the website's shipping and tax calculator so your check/money order is made out for the correct amount. Make checks payable to: Sewing Parts Online.
I see a spot during checkout where I can enter a coupon code, where can I get these codes?
Answer: You can either like us on facebook to receive special promotions and coupons, or subscribe to our newsletter. We try to email coupon codes to our newsletter subscribers twice per month.
What types of payments do you accept?
Answer: On our website we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, & Affirm. We also accept checks, cashiers checks, money orders and purchase orders (for US orders only).
I need to return an item from my order, what do I need to do?
Answer: Our returns policy is explained on the returns policy page.
Are the parts that you offer new, or used?
Answer: All of the parts that we sell are brand new, we do not sell any used parts currently.
My machine needs to be repaired and I'm unaware of any repair facilities in my area, can I ship my machine to you or can you find a repair facility for me?
Answer: Currently, we don't repair machines that are shipped to us, we also don't have a list of repair facilities across the US.
I need to change something on my order that I've already submitted, can I?
Answer: As long as your order hasn't already been either shipped or sent to the shipping department, yes you can change anything that you need to by calling our customer service team.
Where can I find my model number on my machine?
Answer: It depends on the brand and the year that the machine was produced. The most common place is either on the right side near the on/off switch, or on the back. If you're having trouble locating the model number, send our customer service team an email using the form above.
