We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, our goal is to make returns or exchanges as easy as possible. You can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of receiving your order will be refunded 100%, minus the shipping charge in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the date that you received your order, will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. We don't accept any form of a return after 60 days of placing your order.

Return Authorization Number
All returned packages need an RMA number, so please visit this link to obtain your RMA number before returning any product for any reason.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your shipment has been damaged in shipping, notify the SHIPPING COMPANY immediately. Let the shipping company know that your package arrived damaged and may have damaged the merchandise in the shipment. (If is urgent that this is done right away or a refund/reshipment may not be possible)

Next, notify our company that the package was received damaged and we will give you instructions how to receive a replacement shipment and how to ship back the damaged items. If these instructions are not followed, we will not be able to issue a reshipment or refund on the items. If you receive a product that is defective, we will replace it at not cost to you immediately. If for some reason the part was not defective, and your machine was the problem you will be charged the shipping costs for the new shipment to you, and also the shipping of the 'thought defective' part back to us. If there's something wrong with an item that you ordered, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the package for a replacement item.
  • There are no refunds or returns on special order items (no exceptions).
  • There are no refunds or returns on instruction or service manuals.
  • There are no refunds or returns on PC Boards or Touch Screens.
When shipping items back to us, you must package the item properly so the item(s) don't break during shipping. If we receive a part back broken during transit from you to us, you are responsible for the cost of the item. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
