If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. * Please contact us before returning product for any reason. By purchasing from our site you are agreeing to these terms.
All returns require a RA number. Please contact us before returning any product for any reason. If for some reason a package is sent back to us without an RA# we will not accept the package. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstance. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you receive a part that is either not compatible with your machine or is faulty and you do not wish to exchange the item for the correct part or a none faulty part, you will be charged the restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your shipment has been damaged in shipping, notify the SHIPPING COMPANY immediately. Let the shipping company know that your package arrived damaged and may have damaged the merchandise in the shipment. (If is urgent that this is done right away or a refund/reshipment may not be possible)
Next, notify our company that the package was received damaged and we will give you instructions how to receive a replacement shipment and how to ship back the damaged items. If these instructions are no followed, we will not be able to issue a reshipment or refund on the items. No packages will be accepted without a proper RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) written on the package.
If you receive a product that is defective, we will replace at not cost to you the part immediately. If for some reason the part was not defective, and your machine was the problem you will be charged the shipping costs for the new shipment to you, and also the shipping of the 'thought defective' part back to us.
- There are absolutely no refunds or returns on special order items (no exceptions).
- There are absolutely no refunds or returns on instruction or service manuals.
- There are absolutely no refunds or returns on packages shipped outside of the US (no exceptions).
- There are absolutely no refunds or returns on Dreamworld Extension Tables. Also you cannot cancel an order for one after it's been placed.
When shipping items back to us, you must package the item properly so the item(s) don't break during shipping. If we receive a part back broken during transit from you to us, you are responsible for the cost of the item. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
