Hello Joyce. Are you referring to the “Stitch Settings” that appear in the video? If so, then the answer is yes. You can use those stitch settings on any machine.

Your tutorial is so clearly explained. Thank you for not assuming I know more than I do. My sewing machine is very complex ( Pfaff creative vision) and I’m still learning how not to push the wrong buttons. I’m glad to have something like your tutorials to simplify the process.

Would all of the hints in this tutorial hold true for gauze fabric? I recently shortened a dress of gauze; and, to say the least, ’twas a sun-a-gun. Thank you for your advise.

Hi Marilyn! These tips will definitely help you out with gauze fabric. Gauze is very difficult, just like sheer fabric.
