Works perfectly on my 1975 Elna SU so I was able to finish my quilt project before Christmas! It wasn't one of the machines on the list so I wasn't sure it would fit, but someone posted online that it worked for her on an older machine so I gave it a shot. I'm thrilled! (yes, I lead a very dull existence ;-) Thanks so much, Betsy

The walking foot fits my older Elna just perfect. I've only used it once, but it did the job.
Walking foot I purchased has solved the problem of having irregular stitches when sewing through several layers of fabric. I'm pleased.
Bought it to fit my Elna SU 62C which it says in the comments that this 10449-J foot fits but it does not fit on the shank at all. It does fit on my Elna Lotus 35 machine so I will keep it and keep looking for my 62C machine.

The walking foot did fit on my Elna Super 62C, as advertised, but when I ran the machine I could hear and feel that something was binding. After a few stitched, the machine slowed down, then stopped. It looked to me as though the needle was rubbing on the metal part of the walking foot.

IT INTERFERED WITH THE BOBBIN EXTRACTOR ELNA SU (A 50 YEAR OLD MACHINE) ON MY SO I DID NOT LIKE IT.
It looks great on my machine, and I am looking forward to trying it out. However I am in need of other feet for this machine. My neighbor gave it to me but it has only one foot ( I think it may be for quilting?). She does not have the rest of the pieces to go with it. It will be a shame if I cannot use all of the stitches that are available. due to the lack of attachments. Is it possible to find more of them? Thanks Ardys Odegaarden

I used the walking foot on thicker fabric layer to sew a stitch around carrots in my table runner for Spring.
i have a 50+ yr brother sewing machine that still works really well and thought it would be hard to find a walking foot that fits my machine . I went on sewing parts website that directed to the correct part. The part arrived quickly and works well on my old machine It was fairly easy to attach and i am happy with it.
I love my new walking foot, it was a perfect fit for my older Brother sewing machine. So far its working well. Only too one star off because the foot sometimes "wanders". But its definiitely better than sewing with standard foot

This walking foot works well and is reasonably priced. The imagine looks like a molded plastic attachment to the presser foot shank, but in fact it is made of metal and attaches securely. It should survive the abuse of making quilts!
Works perfectly for Brother XM 2701
Tried on 6 layers of flannel and it did not allow needle to break like my previous similar looking walking foot that only is ok 1/2 the time. Need to try in real project when I have time To see if it will go through the thickness. Will decide if I will keep or not.

The foot was constructed well, but did not fit my Kenmore.
Quilting friends have been telling me I needed one! Easy to pick online and di ery was fast.
Not happy with this at all. The description claims its guaranteed to for a Brother XR3774 but that is false. This walking foot is not compatible with my machine.
Works great! Just what I needed to quilt or sew thick fabrics.
I put this on my Brother LS-590 to sew binding on a quilt. I got half way around and it may a horrible loud clanking noise and plastic feed dogs got separated from the metal foot and stuck at the top, jamming my machine. I had to disassemble it to break it free and have no idea how to put it back together. I feel lucky it did not damage my machine. Please send me a new one.
Product was not 100 % compatible with my brother G7 sewing machine and kept breaking off the needle. It would work for a few stitches and then it would break the needle.After 3 attempts I stopped using it. I'll try again with next project and review again.
