Martelli's Circle Template Rulers are equipped with their exclusive no-slip grip material, which suctions to fabric, preventing it from shifting as you cut. Martelli's Circle Template Rulers are capable of cutting up to 32 layers of fabric at once! Use these Circle Template Rulers along with Martelli's Fussy Cut Template Windows (sold separately) to fussy designs on fabric. Martelli's Circle Template Rulers are available in even and odd sets. A 1/4in seam allowance is included in the measurements of each ruler.
