U.S. Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are charged per package weight and is calculated in real time to your shipping address.
Once a package tracking number is marked "Delivered" by the chosen shipping company, SewingPartsOnline is no longer responsible for the package.
Shipping Time lines
-In Stock items normally ship within 24-72 business hours (1 to 3 working business days). Special Order and Back Order products may take longer.
-Your order may ship in multiple shipments to best serve you.
-Once an order has been shipped, you cannot make any changes or cancel the order (Since it's no longer in our warehouse).
-All International packages can only be shipped via USPS.
-All US packages can be shipped via USPS and UPS.
-There is absolutely no free shipping outside the contiguous United States.
-If you place an order after 2PM central time on Friday, the order will not begin processing for shipment until the following Monday morning.
-If you choose UPS as your shipping option, we do not offer Saturday delivery. If you choose UPS overnight shipping on a Friday, your order will not be delivered until the following Monday.
-Delays usually occur when you place your order during the weekend or around holidays.
-2nd Day Air & Next Day Air orders must be placed before 3pm central standard time for the order to ship same day.
-We will send you a shipping email confirmation containing your tracking number upon shipment [if you provide us with an email address].
If an item you order is back ordered or out of stock, your order will remain active in our system until the item comes back into stock or the product is discontinued. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped, unless you paid for your order with PayPal or your order is sent in multiple shipments. Per PayPal policy the entire order total will be charged when you submit your order when using PayPal as a payment method. In the event that your order is split into multiple shipments, we will charge the full order total when the first shipment is ready to ship. If a part is discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel the discontinued item and ship the remainder of your order.
We are only responsible for collecting the sales tax on all purchases that are shipped anywhere in TN. Any customers that purchase any items from our websites that are shipped outside of TN are legally responsible for reporting their purchases and are responsible for Use Tax on their purchases. For questions see your state tax rules and the Dept. of Revenue. We are in no way responsible for any unreported use tax on internet purchases and/or any sales tax on orders placed and shipped outside of TN. By purchasing from our sites, you accept this responsibility.
Due to fraud concerns, we reserve the right to cancel any order that's billing country is different than the shipping country. As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes charged by your country of residence.

We offer FREE LIFETIME SHARPENING on all Famore, Gingher, and Mundial branded scissors purchased from SewingPartsOnline.com. Customers wishing to utilize the FREE sharpenings will be responsible for all shipping charges. SewingPartsOnline.com charges a flat $4 fee, per scissors, for return shipping. In order to recieve your free sharpenings please follow the following steps:
Step 2. Package the scissors with proper packing materials to avoid damage. Please make sure to include a proof of purchase from SewingPartsOnline.com and write your SAN number on the outside of the box (Sharpening may be delayed if the SAN is not visible on the package exterior).

When we receive your scissors and proof of purchase, we will be inspect them to verify their condition. If your scissors are in "sharpenable" condition, please allow 2 business days for the sharpening to be completed.
- *Warning* When returned, your scissors will be extremely sharp. Because each blade is individually honed, they are / can be sharper then when originally purchased.
- If your scissors are deemed "unsharpenable", we will reach out to you prior to sending the scissors back to you.
Coupon Code Restrictions
Coupon Codes cannot be used on products that have MAP pricing. SewingPartsOnline.com must adhere to standards and regulations set by vendors. If your machine is outside of warranty and requires service, please contact us by phone or by email to obtain a service id. You can now ship (insured) your service id, machine, and foot control in the original factory packaging to our service center.
If your machine is still covered by warranty and requires a warranty claim, please contact us by phone or by email. After your warranty has been verified, you will be provided with a claim number. You can now ship (insured) your claim number, machine, and foot control in the original factory packaging to our service center.
