5-stars for the service from Sewing Parts Online. Unfortunately, my issue is with the lack of quality control by the manufacturer. One of the 6 bungies was defective - the gripper side of the velcro was missing making the bungie useless. I have contacted the seller about the problem and fully expect them to make it right. I've only tested out the Hummingbird Hoop. So far it has made a big difference in the quality of my free motion quilting. I would recommend this item.
