Any item without original packaging, items damaged by you or deemed in not new condition, indicated as non-returnable in the product details, special order items, all furniture, cabinets, and cabinet inserts, opened or activated software and designs, LED/LCD panels and circuit boards are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Quilting frames are only returnable if they haven't been assembled and are still in the original box.
