Additionally, Sewing Parts Online uses the Federal Postal Service (USPS), and consequently shipping is expensive and deliveries can take up to a week. Overall, I would advise an online shopper to check the product photos to ensure they match up with product descriptions, and to read the negative reviews, so to not make the same mistake I did. That being said, Sewing Parts Online does have a generous return and exchange policy (60 days, new part quality), that I hope I can use to fix my mistake.
