Thanks to Jean Ann Wright at Creative Grids, it is now easier than ever to create the illusion of curves with her 10" Curvy Log Cabin Trim Tool. This acrylic ruler features easy-to-read black-and-white markings with strip widths and center square measurements printed right on the ruler. It even has a built-in 1/4" seam allowance along the edge. One round of logs is made up of two skinny strips and two wide strips, with each round of logs being trimmed to size before the next round is added, making every block the same size when completed.
As with all Creative Grids rulers, the 10in Curvy Log Cabin Trim Tool slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied. Once pressure is applied, their exclusive gripper technology holds the material in place, helping to prevent slipping and miss-cuts.
