The Gypsy Quilter 5-1/2" (with cover) LED Seam Ripper is ideal for ripping out stitches, removing threads, and opening buttonholes. A brilliant light illuminates the area you're working on with just a flick of the quick on/off button. It has a transparent cap that protects it when not in use and a fine, sharp blade with a safety ball to safeguard the material. The handle's top has ridges that improve grip and control while you work. It also includes three G3-A batteries. Please note that the first time you use the Lighted Seam Ripper, you will need to open the battery cover to remove the white tab.
