Hexagon Trim Tool, Creative Grids Details
Build crisp, consistently sized hexagons with the Creative Grids® Hexagon Trim Tool, designed by Jean Ann Wright. Use it to create pieced hexagons with 2in, 4in, or 6in finished centers, or follow the printed markings to cut solid hexagons in 2in, 4in, 6in, and 8in finished sizes. Each round of logs is trimmed before the next is added, helping every completed hexagon finish at the same size. Additional guidelines make it easy to cut coordinating half hexagons and setting triangles for expanded layout options.
Made in the USA from high-quality acrylic, this precision quilting tool features clear black and white markings and Creative Grids®’ exclusive non-slip grip. Slide the tool smoothly into position, then apply gentle pressure to hold it securely while cutting. Drilled holes let you mark seam allowances directly on the fabric, simplifying inset-seam construction and improving alignment. Fully illustrated step-by-step instructions are included, and the QR code printed on the tool links to a how-to video and projects featuring the Hexagon Trim Tool.
Total Size: 8-1/2" x 9-3/4"
