The Northwoods Runner is a simple but elegant piece. The trees in this pattern are created with pairs of mirror image half rectangle blocks so they will go together quickly. Northwoods Runner has a red inner border that gives the design a holiday feel, but you could use it all year round. Or you could always use it year-round with different accent colors or even a darker background and white trees for a winter showpiece.
