Available in standard and left-handed layouts, this versatile ruler is made in the USA from high-quality acrylic with precision measurements for accurate quilting, sewing, patchwork, and crafting. The left-handed version is a mirror image of the original, allowing left-handed users to read the numbers and markings right side up, and a printed left-hand icon makes it easy to identify.
Creative Grids® exclusive non-slip grip lets the ruler slide smoothly across fabric for positioning, then holds it securely in place when slight pressure is applied. Easy-to-read black and white markings feature 1-inch grids with 1/8-inch and 1/4-inch increments. Use the black numbers on white dots and the 1/4-inch grip sides for whole-inch cuts, or use the exclusive Turn-a-Round feature—with white numbers on black dots and 1/2-inch grip sides—to cut in half-inch increments. Dashed 1/4-inch lines on two adjoining sides help with trimming seam allowances, while the 45-degree diagonal line makes it easy to square up half-square triangle blocks. White horizontal and vertical center lines are also included for accurately trimming four-patch, embroidered, and appliquéd blocks.
