I can’t get it to attach correctly and the instructions are pathetic. After breaking two needles, I’ve decided to wait until I can speak with someone or plan to return. Shipping took waaaaay too long in addition.

This ruffler did not work properly with my Janome DC2010. I have returned the ruffler for inspection and I am hoping to receive a refund for this item. If I do get a refund, I will have respect for the way this company is run. If not, I will be quite disappointed because I could not use this item safely as three sewing machine needles were broken and two of them hit me on the face. So thankful I was wearing safety glasses.

online tutorial on how to install didn't exactly match the style I received, but a quick call to customer service cleared it up, and it ended up being easier to install and use than that tutorial instructed. So basically, after I did everything possible wrong the first time, I did it right and now I'm practicing all its features. I'm very pleased, but clearer instructions should have been enclosed in the packaging. I probably would order sewing supplies or gadgets from your company in the future if the need arises. Prompt delivery and helpful customer phone service were very appreciated.
