HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Ball Point Needles are specially designed for sewing knit and stretch fabrics, preventing skipped stitches and fabric damage. Unlike universal needles, the rounded tip of these needles gently pushes between fabric fibers instead of piercing them, ensuring smooth, snag-free stitching on materials such as jersey, interlock, spandex, and rib knit.

Most Viking needles feature two color-coded bands just below the shank for easy identification. The top band represents the needle type (Ballpoint = orange/brown), while the lower band indicates the needle size (70/10 = teal, 80/12 = orange, 90/14 = blue, 100/16 = purple). Each pack includes five high-quality needles, available in the following sizes to suit different fabric weights:

• Size 70/10 – Ideal for lightweight knits like tricot, fine jersey, and sheer stretch fabrics.
• Size 80/12 – Great for medium-weight knits, including T-shirts, leggings, and cotton spandex blends.
