Wool Pressing Pad Details
Product Description
Whether you need a pressing mat to take with you on the go or one dedicated to you your sewing room, Sonoma Wool Company's Wool Pressing Pads are the answer. These 100% all-natural wool pads are convenient, portable, and can be placed on any surface! They are approximately 1/2" thick and excellent at retaining and dispersing heat for an unmatched pressing experience. The felted surface and woolen fibers help to grip fabric, thereby reducing slipping, but it's still thick enough to hold pins if needed. If you are using steam, please note that prolonged exposure to moisture may cause condensation to form on the underside of the mat.
Sonoma Wool Company sources its wool from family-owned ranches across America, and their products are made in the USA with no chemicals or synthetics. Wool works best at its most natural, so they wash their wool with biodegradable soap, and never use chemicals or synthetics. Because Sonoma's Wool isn't carbonized, you may see bits of residual vegetation in their products.
