It’s not quite finished yet. The patter was great and only 3 pieces. I make the jacket out of a Sherpa type blanket and it was a little thick running it through the machine but I make it. Then the server made its neater. Still need to hem the bottom but it’s going to be warm and cozy.

Its the first garment ive made in years and it is so cute on! I just love it. I have to say, my friends and i had a good laugh over the breast measurements instructions😂. I am 77 and grew up in the generation that made all the cloths for the family. It is fun to get back to it again although im a bit slower. I also do a lot of the sewing by hand because its so relaxing:)

Made jacket out of lightweight denim. Pattern is fairly simple. The pivot in the neck line is a little tricky. I cut the width of the sleeves down a little. Much too wide for my taste.
