I'm looking forward to using this pattern to make jackets from quilted comforters.
It’s not quite finished yet. The patter was great and only 3 pieces. I make the jacket out of a Sherpa type blanket and it was a little thick running it through the machine but I make it. Then the server made its neater. Still need to hem the bottom but it’s going to be warm and cozy.
I had this pattern a long time ago, and the jacket turned out well.
I have lost the original pattern and was happy to see it again on your website. Looking forward to making another jacket for this fall.
I had the pattern for a long while, back issues kept me from sewing. Now I'm ready to sew and can not find the paper tissue pattern. Is it possible to reorder the tissue pattern? Thanks
Its the first garment ive made in years and it is so cute on! I just love it.
I have to say, my friends and i had a good laugh over the breast measurements instructions😂.
I am 77 and grew up in the generation that made all the cloths for the family.
It is fun to get back to it again although im a bit slower. I also do a lot of the sewing by hand because its so relaxing:)
I really like the items I purchased from you. But the delivery time was awful! It took over a month to receive my items. That does not encourage me to purchase from you again!
Made jacket out of lightweight denim. Pattern is fairly simple. The pivot in the neck line is a little tricky. I cut the width of the sleeves down a little. Much too wide for my taste.
i have been admiring this pattern for awhile...finally ordered...now looking for just the right fabric. The instructions sound straight forward and fairly simple
The jacket was so easy to make and it only took one day to finish it.
The only improvement I would request is to make the jacket in a lined version.
Thanks, Donnie
I love the cut of the jacket. After studying the pattern, I can see it is do-able! I am far too busy this summer to tackle it, but it will be a fun winter project.
I have 3 granddaughters who are always looking for something to take with them, just in case they need something for extra warmth. This fits the bill perfectly. The pattern is easy to follow. No problems...
