I can�t say enough about the customer service of this company! The shipping and packaging of the product was great but the customer service was outstanding. I had originally thought I needed to return because it didn�t work with my machine. Customer service responded immediately to my request and set up the return. However, a day later the same personable and conscientious representative contacted me saying that she had investigated further and discovered that I had only ordered one of the two parts that I needed. I had mistakenly assumed that it was all one part when it actually isn�t. The representative politely (even though this was obviously a �duh� moment) offered the part number in case I wanted to order it with no pressure to do so. I was still free to return the first part if I so wanted. I ordered the second part and it arrived less than a week later. The two parts fit together perfectly and fit my machine perfectly. Thank goodness for a customer service representative who was enough of a go-getter to go back and re-think the situation and offer a much more attractive solution to my problem. I highly recommend this company for any parts, accessories or sewing products you may need. I�ve purchased a few other things from them but this was the first time I contacted customer service and I am much more than satisfied!
