I bought one of these spools in 2017. Since then, I've made 39 quilts and more than 250 pillowcases using that spool and it's still not empty! This soft gray color works with almost all colors for piecing blocks and other projects. Best purchase I've made for my sewing room in the last 16 years!
I love this cotton thread. I make a lot of quilts all year and lint is not a problem at all. The size of this spool is wonderful. I can sew for a tremendous amount of time without changing spools. The cost of one spool is high but if you figure out the yards of this one compared to multiple smaller spools you come out ahead in the long run. Save when you buy it on sale.
Have used Aurifil since it came out and never looked back. Makes scant 1/4" seams so easy in quilting.
All my machines love this thread. I use it on top and bobbin.
Its really nice and strong. Doesn't break when sewing. Pricy but worth it.

I like the thread. Your customer service was excellent. The price was considerably more than I have since found on amazon for the same spool size, weight and color. I could have had it overnight instead of waiting for the 7-10 days it took to receive it from your company. I will not be reordering my thread from you. However, I do enjoy your quilting tutorials. Amazon doesn't have any of those... ;-)

I always use this aurifil thread when piecing a quilt. I have used it exclusively for at least twenty years. It doesn't fray and leave dust all over. It makes a nice seam and holds up well .
This thread is the perfect color to blend in with most of my fabrics. It is perfect as it does noit break as I am free motion quilting or quilting with my ruler. I love it!

Works very nice in machine and is a color that works well with many other colors in piecing of quilts. Don’t have to change often. I usually have 4 or 5 different quilt tops creating at the same time.
My go to for sewing. I love that it comes in a cone. I should be fixed for a while.

I love and use Aurifil thread a lot. The bigger spool will be great for my longarm sewing machine. I go through a lot of Aurifil thread. I received the thread in a timely fashion. Very quickly. Great service.
Love Aurifil thread and get it cones to do continuous quilt piercing. Put in a drink cup with a hole in the too and let it go!
