I absolutely love my new Baby Lock Jubilant! The automatic reverse / reinforcement stitching are awesome! They make backstitching and tacking so easy and neat. The automatic threader is to die for! And the bobbin is a breeze to wind and drop in. The special channel for the bobbin thread makes it so easy. The Jubilant came with all kinds of presser feet and and a walking foot and even 2 months of online classes. It’s truly a pleasure to use!
This machine is making my sewing projects so much easier! I love the drop in bobbin as well as the needle threader. The stitches look so much more professional and I am more confident about doing commissions now. This was a great investment.
The Jubilant has So Many extra features, thread cutters at the bobbin winder And bobbin case, touch for needle up or down, optional foot control (vs required), a great needle threader. The mix of stitches is broad without being overwhelming, and very customizable with the width and length adjustments.
I'm Very happy with my new machine.
I wish you wouldn't ask for a review before I barely got this out of the box, but okay. It looks lovely, very well packaged and protected for shipping. I have not had a sewing machine since before they were computerized. Learned to sew on my grandmother's 1928 Singer which was not electric. This will be a learning curve and I will watch tutorials on You Tube before attempting a project. In high school I made all of my own clothes so it's only the machinery that has changed, not the fitting or construction. I am really looking forward to getting started soon. It will make a change from knitting and crocheting.
I love my Jubilant machine. I have another Baby Lock it is Aerial .Sewing and Embroidery machine but it just got to heavy for me to pick up any more. I needed something lighter so i could take it to class. But for a small machine it has a lot of good features. Price was reasonable. I just can't say enough about that little machine.

I wanted a lightweight machine to take to a retreat. I have a babylock accomplish and love it. I did some research and the Jubilant seemed to be what I needed. It sews great and so far I am very happy with it.

The Jubilant is a great machine for its size. It is small and lightweight, perfect as a travel machine. It is powerful and has a lot of built in stitches. I love the needle down function and the needle threader function. It was purchased for quilt piecing and has performed perfectly.
I am loving my new Jubilant. It’s the perfect size to take with me to classes and even on a plane trip! With plenty of stitches to choose from, a drop in bobbin, adjustable speed, all the presser feet and so much more, it’s all I need!

This is a great starter machine. Though I'm not a beginner I use this machine for piecing blocks while my other machine is in embroidery mode. I highly recommend this machine to anyone starting out or for taking to class. I love Babylock!!! You can't go wrong with a Babylock!
I haven’t sewn for over 50 years, and with this machine I was able to re-learn how to sew with the easy to follow instructions. Although I am sheltering in place, I am making masks, table runners, mug rugs, pillows, and covers for my furniture. It did not take me long to figure out how to use the machine and develop confidence to begin to create projects. I highly recommend this machine for newbies to sewing. Very user-friendly.
I haven’t sewn since high school, long time ago. I purchased this machine on advice from a close friend when I retired and wanted to sew again. My friend showed me how to use this machine and I am now sewing on my own and enjoying this machine immensely. Great purchase for the price, machine offers a lot of stitches and is easy to use. Highly recommend.
I use this machine both for sewing garments and quilt piecing. On the good side, it makes a very nice decorative stitch. On the "not so good" side, 1. It needs a straight stitch throat plate. When piecing, the fabric often gets stuck down into the throat plate. 2: The dial for stitches is on the front of the machine. It is easy to bump it when reaching for tools, etc. causing the stitch to change. There is a soft "beep," but, if you don't hear it, you have a broken needle. I cut a 1" cylinder of plastic from a baby bottle and taped it around the dial to fix the problem. I can't recommend this machine
