Extremely disappointed! None of the diagrams/pictures are legible. Contacted customer service and all they did was send me what babylock had sent them with an apology. It was the exact same manual with the black out pictures, which had I known, I could have downloaded for no cost from babylock. I cannot believe Sewing Parts Online accepts and sells such a useless product!
