Needed the replacement and received it quickly, at a reasonable cost compared to my local dealer.
Works like the original one that came with my machine. It took a month to get it which I was disappointed in because it wasn’t in stock. I wish they would have written or called to let me know. After two weeks I wrote and asked what the holdup was. I did receive a prompt reply explaining the delay.
I looked everywhere and couldn't find this bobbin case. I also couldn't remember exactly where I had purchased my last one. Finally, I remembered! It was from your company. So I looked online again and sure enough you had it. Yay!!! I ordered two of them and got them pretty quickly. Now I am happily embroidering away. I will definitely be ordering again, when I wear out this current one and replace it with the extra one I ordered.

My machine is working better now that I have the new bobbin.
Had a thread snag and bent/broke the needle, but not before it hit the very tip of the bobbin case. There was just enough of a spur that you could feel it with your fingernail, and it needed to be replaced.
Fit perfectly
I was devastated when a needle broke and made a little divot in the bobbin case. It caused the thread to get frayed and bunched up. Not good at all!
