Dear Sewing Parts team. Thank you for your prompt service and your customers service follow up. Since I had a freak incident that bent my other foot I was happy with the quick service. Sadly, this morning I have to ask for a return authorization because even though it�s a W foot it does not fit my Luminaire. Again, thank you I will keep you in mind for future purchase & mention you to friends Carmen BTW, attached is a pic of the W foot that I need for my Luminaire.

I got a Brother W foot but to my dismay its the wrong W foot. I needed the one for the Luminaire which is a low shank and received one thats a high shank. I didnt know there were different sizes and whomever took my order didnt say anything about a difference in shanks. But I did receive my item very promptly and have not contacted them for a return yet.

Was happy to get this as no where in Canada had it in stock and Mine was all bent and was afread to use it.
Works great with my Brother embroidery machine!
