I received a different walking foot that dose not fit my Babylock machine. I paid for a Babylock walking foot and I have been unable to get the correct foot.

I owned the 2-sole Baby Lock walking foot [BLDW-L] for a number of years but constantly had wished it had a "stitch-in-the-ditch" sole. I recently learned that the updated version of this foot [BLDW-L2] has three soles, including "SITD" ! I purchased without a second thought and just gave it the initial test, binding a small quilt. I'm so happy with it. Having the guide made my edge stitching "spot on".
So easy to install and use.
Like the changeable feet and it is quieter than others I have used.
I like the walking foot. It performs as I expected. The only problem I have is that the screw comes loose frequently.

This is really nice for using lines or curves to quilt. The guide locks in place so it does not move which is really a nice feature.

Received a few days after my new Jazz 11. Rough edges on the bottom of 2 of the sole plates cut the thread after each short seam, making chain piecing impossible. The walking foot was the incorrect one for my Brother BQ950 sewing machine even though it said it was compatible. I had to return it. I was disappointed that it did not work. I had to travel to the merchant I bought my sewing machine from as I have tried multiple times with non Brother parts.

The manufacturer should have included a pressure foot screw with a better design, as well as a regular sewing machine screwdriver. When you begin to install the walking foot there is very little room for aligning the screw and installing it. In addition, the screwdriver they supply with the walking foot is too small for the screw and is difficult to turn which leaves you with a screw that loosens easily. I was having to tighten the screw repeatedly until I took the time to retrieve a proper screwdriver from another machine. If the manufacturer would correct these two issues, this would be a 5 star product.
First time ising
The only issue i have found is that it loosens after some use, so I have to readjust it and retighten the screw. That's not necessarily anything to do with the foot, though. This is my first experience with a walking foot.
Works well but challenging to install. But that's typical for a walking foot.
My wife uses this for ALL her quilt work including piecing. She wore out the first one so this is to replace it. She highly recommends it!

The Baby Lock Allegra is a very smooth sewing machine. I love Ed all the options of decorative stitches. Each day I can’t wait to go into my sewing room and make the machine him!!!

Great walking foot
Huge and clunky, like trying to sew with a rhinoceros attached to your sewing machine. Extremely difficult to attach - videos by people with a lot of practice make it seem simple and quick, but it’s really not. Not square to the machine. And one you get it installed, it blocks the view of your work. Just a few, dedicated feet to use - none of the feet that go with your machine will work. This kind of monster has caused me to switch sewing machine brands twice now. I should have known better.
Even after following the directions exactly, I'm having trouble getting this to stay on. As I use it, the vibration (or something) keeps loosening the screw. Perhaps it's user error, but I will be contacting Baby Lock to see if they can help. Other than that, it's seems to be a great walking foot, and a great deal with the three different feet.
I am in the process of moving. I haven’t even had the chance to use it or my new machine after I’m finished with the move. I will let you know.

Love this Walking Foot! I like the option of 3 different soles and how easy it is to change them out. I especially love the guide bar and how it attaches so securely without the possibility of it moving around so much. Worth the cost. Bought it for my Baby Lock Allegro
Had one many years ago and loved it. This is just as invaluable. I use for quilting, but from past experience, it works beautifully for many applications.
I have not had time to use it much yet, but I was surprised that the opening to screw it on to the presser bar opens at the top, not the side as other walking feet ive had do. Already once it loosened up and fell off. For the price of this deluxe foot I'm surprised at that design. I believe I had screwed it on tightly.
It is a little pricey for a machine foot. Otherwise it would be a 5 stars
