Item is defective and according to customer service at sewing parts online, what I was trying to sew was too thick. It was two pieces of quilting cotton and a piece of double sided pellon fusible foam. If that’s too thick… then I would not recommend this item. The video I included was three layers of quilting cotton… acts the same way. It’s garbage and while sewing parts online will let me return it… I’m being required to pay to ship it back. I will not be a repeat customer with this type of customer service.
It works perfectly
This is the second walking foot I have ordered from this site. I love the interchangeable soles, and use it all the time. The first one I ordered unfortunately broke where the foot attaches to the machine.
Feels more solid than the plastic version. Working fine so far.
Wife loves it. With this she can use for most of her projects
I received a fantastic Baby Lock Aria sewing machine for Christmas as a surprise from my husband. It did not come with a walking foot and I researched to find the proper model for my machine. The walking foot was installed, but was about 1/2 inch away from the sewing platform. I was almost ready to return it, but I read the manual that came with my machine and found an additional part and screw that needed to be installed. Everything works great now- sews beautifully on my quilts.

Love the open toe plate option on this walking foot. The open toe allows me to see exactly where the needle is all the time and I’ve been able to use a few decorative quilting stitches without issue.

I love using the walking foot for everything. But the original one was too noisy. I am able to leave this on throughout all stages of quilting. I will be ordering the additional feet for it.
