For some reason the foot does not work I have read up on all the procedures and done them over and over. Machine just will not run with peddle plugged in. I would love to be able to return and get refund or credit.

I take my Jazz II with me on retreats and wanted a spare foot pedal to keep in the trolly. Power cords are fairly universal but the foot pedals are not. I tried several that fit but did not run the machine. This one works wonderfully.
