Caution!! I placed two separate orders with Sewing Parts Online before I realized that they are selling inferior (non-branded) parts disguised as genuine. It was my second order containing the “Babylock” Downturn Feller that tipped me off that these parts are not genuine. I called Customer Service and was told I could return my orders but I would be responsible for the return shipping AND I would also be charged for the “Free Shipping” portion. I will not be doing business with this company ever again! If you are looking for truly genuine Babylock Parts try Pocono Sew and Vac!
