Please note that if you order the Genuine version, the inside numbers may vary from what is pictured. It may have 13g printed on the inside. The 10g has a slightly lighter bobbin thread tension, so you may have to adjust the tension by turning the tension screw in the bobbin case clockwise by less than a ¼ revolution, and the opposite if you think the tension is too tight.

Just as I ordered. No problems.
I ordered this Janome bobbin case because it was advertised as being in the original Janome packaging. However, it arrived in a tiny plastic bag and with the part # engraved on the floor of the bobbin case. Janome does not sell there bobbin cases like that. So now I have to wonder if it is safe to use in my machine! Your picture above does not show a stamped #.
Fits like a glove. My old bobbin case was making a rattling noise. My Janome machine is much quieter now. Thank you for stocking genuine Janome parts.

I had my Elna 920 in twice for repairs. There was an issue with the bobbin case. The shop replaced the case with a generic part. I continued getting errors and the machine would quit. This bobbin case worked on my Janome MC 11000. It doesnt notify me when the bobbin is low anymore which is fine by me because the notifications on the machine annoyed me lol
