Grate experience. The person I spoke with was very helpful and the foot peddle I received works grate. I was told at the sewing machine repair shop that I would have to replace my machine because they could not repair or replace the pedal. I thought I was ordering the Bernina foot pedal. To my surprise I was ordering the generic one, not what I wanted. Then I received this survey with again the picture of the Bernina foot pedal and not the generic. I think this is a bait and switch tactic. Now I have to pay to return the generic pedal and they are charging me shipping for the wrong pedal. Not a satisfied customer.

Recently purchsed a used 2007 Bernina 440QE in order to try out the stitch regulator... Great precision machine but the foot pedal died. Sewing Parts Online to the rescue! BTW they have the best customer service I've ever experpienced. Saw a tool in a YouTube video which had no name or source attached; customer service asked me to send video linkn and they identified and provided the needed tool. Score!

It was a generic grey smaller version of the Bernina. Works with the sewing machine but not what they claimed it was
