It looked different from my old foot pedal but it works fine and much better than my old one.

This controller works perfectly on our vintage Bernina 707. Very pleased! My only issue is that after the purchase I noticed/located many other vendors selling this exact same third-market controller/cord combo for way less than what I paid your company for it. I.e., price gouging. Annoying! ... and at a time when finances are really scrunched inward due to the new recent taxes (without representation!! an important 1776 issue, nay?) that the Trump regime calls tariffs, it's sad to see that your company is skimming off the top from us purchasers who daresay have WAY little $$ than your CEO. Ugh. But what's new: the rich folks prevail over we peons. We are so sick of capitalism run amock... and you're doing that now. Begone!

Fit my Bernina 817 like a glove, the only complaint I have is that there's a little play in the foot when you first press to get started. I'm sure I'll get used to it. Other than that it's a perfect replacement to my old pedal which had some electrical arcing and crackling going on! 😳😬
Old bernina original pedal was getting hot and shutting down- this is perfect replacement!
I used it once, left it plugged in - which I don't think is a big deal, and over night something happened to the foot, and now the sewing machine runs non-stop with the presser foot plugged in! It is so strange! I wish I had purchased the more expensive proper Bernina foot. Will have to do that now Such a waste of time and money, and electrical equipment!

Fits my Bernina 830 Record perfectly!
I bought this foot control for my Bernina 830 Record from 1976 with the round pin connectors, because the original foot was making a hissing sound. This new foot control works well in MAX speed mode set on the 830, allowing an even paced range of slow up to fast stitching, but if I move the speed selector on the 830 to MIN, the machine starts out stitching much faster when I press down on the foot control, so MIN isn't as useful. It's lightweight for easy carrying. It's smaller than the original foot controller too. Depending on the flooring type, it may need a nonslip pad underneath. It will take some getting used to, but I feel safer, and it was an economical option.
The Bernia foot pedal does not work with my Bernia. 😢 Grace Brown

I like it. It’s a great replacement for the old one. it has good precise control.
The nice thing about this new foot pedal and cord is that it is all one piece instead of a separate foot pedal and a separate plug. The customer service from Service Parts Online was exceptional. I will use them again if I need parts in the future.
Unfortunately, the plug on the replacement foot pedal did not fit properly into my Bernina 830 machine and the machine did not start, therefore I had to return it.
Although it said it would fit a Bernina Sport 801, it does not. I need to return it.
I thought it would be the original pedal, but it wasn't, although it does work. Thank you

My Bernina is 50+ years old and after about 20 minutes of sewing the machine would just stop because the original foot pedal would overheat quite badly. This replacement, while not an original Bernina part, works perfectly. The staff was very helpful in making sure I got the right plug configuration given Bernina’s habit of changing their plug configuration every few years!
Nice to have a cord that I don’t have to giggle to work even though the quality isn’t near the original.
It does not fit my machine and is extremely cheap looking. Cannot find how to send it back. I want a total refund!
