Ordered this bulb and got an entirely different looking one that had a larger dome shape and wouldn�t fit in my tool to insert it into the socket. The bulb pictured likely would have, and the description said it fit my machine.

I have a 30 year old Bernina that I am getting ready to sell. The lamps had burned out and needed to be replaced. It was fantastic to find out they could be replaced with LED's, what a difference. Whoever buys this machine will be thrilled with the clear lighting instead of the old type of lighting.

The bulb glass part is slightly too large to fit in device to reinstall bulb. I'm lost and in the dark. I checked and did order correct bulb.

On the page it doesn't say you might need to purchase a tool to put it in. I says fits all models For 2 bulbs and then a tool I had offer 50$ invested

These bulbs are not the same size as the original bulbs in my sewing machine. They fit into the receptacle, and work, but are too big for the bulb changer. I hope I will be able to get the bulbs out when the time comes.
Great service. Quick response for my purchase which is an LED light for my older sewing machine. This does give a bit brighter light than the regular bulb but I had hoped it would be brighter.

The width of the bulb (diameter) is too large to fit into the machine. It looks like the right bulb, but it's useless with a Bernina 1530.
In increased lighting for sewing
had to have them
Installed it immediately upon receiving it, made a big difference to being able to see my projects better. Also discovered there was a second bulb I never knew was dying so I plan to also replace it.
