This is the first 1/4" foot I have ever had on my Bernina 830. It is nice to sew accurate seams.

Patchwork Foot with Guide #57 is similar to Patchwork Foot #37, with the addition of a built-in seam guide along the right side of the foot. This guide makes it especially well-suited for patchwork and quilting projects that require precise 1/4" (6 mm) or 1/8" (3 mm) seam allowances.
The integrated edge guide can be aligned directly against the fabric edge or an existing seam line, helping you maintain straight, consistent spacing. It’s also a valuable tool for other precision sewing techniques where perfectly straight seams are essential.
