I sent the following email on Monday Jan 8 and have not heard back from anyone: ***************** Hello, I received my order but the bobbins I received are either the wrong ones or improperly sized. They are approximately 1-2 mm taller than the original bobbins for my Necchi Logica 592 and when placed in the bobbin holder prevent the latch from laying flat closing. The machine cannot function properly with them. Please advise how to proceed to return/get a refund.
