I didn't realize that my original bobbin case had been punched a few times with the needle, leaving holes. The repairman cleaned off the burrs that the needle caused, but they still caused the thread to tear or bunch up. The new bobbin case is perfectly smooth, and I'm back working on my quilt again with no issues!

The one to my machine was misplaced and I could not find it. This new one is working just great.
It was the right product BUT between shipping and the product cost, I would consider it expensive for a piece of plastic. YET, I needed it use my machine. So I guess it was an even trade. Truly, supply and demand.

Need it new one and company shipped it fast, BUT, the producer is plastic and costs $46. I only paid $100 for my sewing machine. The product itself was way too expensive but the Co pat�s service was good.

Very happy with the product and quickness it was delivered.
Not that easy to get it in the place. Not working properly, that could be me issue.

Exactly the same as the old broken part i had..a bit pricey though but i wouldnt risk buying cheaper ones but quality will not be the same.
