The product arrived in good condition however I do wish that the website gave you a more descriptive status of your order instead of just pending and shipped because I didn�t know where it was located when it was shipped nor did I know what pending meant. It didn�t inform me that it was in back order and therefore I had to call the company to get an update and they were very helpful. But, that was all that informed me. I never got an email telling me that had been shipped to UPS nor an email telling me that had been shipped to my house. Overall, great product and it took only two weeks but it would be nice to actually track your order and not just know of the vague status.
