The inner diameter of the bobbin spins on the bobbin winder shaft of an old white treadle mission sewing machine but a piece of tape applied to the shaft holds it in place. The price was excellent and it was hard to find these bobbins and if I found them elsewhere they were really expensive for a machine this old. Would buy from again if I need more for sure. thanks.

I preferred tases for a White 77 that had only one original bobbin. These work fine I�m the machine. They are unlike the originals in that they do not have a hole for the thread to go through when winding a bobbin like the original bobbins have. This makes them a little trickier to use. My husband had the tools to drill a hole in one of the bobbins for me to try & so far it works with no problems. I did not wind a full bobbin though so that will be my next test. If there are no snags or rough spots then we will drill them all. I am rehabbing this machine to donate to a women�s sewing charity so don�t want to donate anything with problems. These are a good value for the dollar as replacement bobbins for a reliable old machine. Thanks Sewing Parts Online
