The bobbins do not fit my Viking model 6690 for 2 reasons: They are too big The back of the bobbin is concave. As a result when winding it does not disengage the seeing needle. I specifically shopped for bobbins to match my model# and was led to this erroneous purchase. How/can I return these bobbins? Do you carry bobbins for Viking model 6690?
