I have an old Brother 990D that sews and embroiders (on a 4x4 hoop only). I use it to demonstrate the wonders of machine embroidery and after sew (pun intended) many years, of using my treasured machine, the 4x4 hoop's inner hoop just cracked open and was no longer useable. I could have tried hot glue, or tape but decided the machine was worth the purchase of a new hoop. My local dealer did not have one handy and would have to order me one, so I ordered it myself and saved some $! I have always had success with your company!
