I wish it had been clear to me that the spool pin came with the spool pin holder. I ordered both and I obviously don't need the extra holder.

After installing the part we put the machine through it's normal operation only to find there were some other issues with the machine. So we are taking it in to a shop to be cleaned and tuned up.
The part was on ordered on 8-28 and was received 11-8, nearly 2-1/2 months later. I received neither an update as to why it was delayed nor thanking me for my patience. I reached out a few times and the response was the same, “our supplier has not shipped yet.” I understand how you handle spare parts, but a regular, automated update would have been nice.
