My original foot bent as above. I pur based a new one last year and it occurred again with a replacement i had less then a month.
The good: I love the way this foot performs. It greatly improves my stitching and really does the job keeping those layers in place. It is also easy to use its edges as stitch guides for various widths or for lining up with previous stitching. Customer service was excellent when I contacted to ask questions about the product before ordering, address my concern regarding time between ordering and shipping, and finally a defect with the product (see below). The bad: It is expensive, and with standard shipping it took forever to arrive. Faster shipping choices were available at a cost. The ugly: After just a short time of use, I’d guess within the first 15-30 minutes, a black powder began to deposit on to my fabric from inside the walking foot. I tried cleaning the device inside with a qtip and alcohol, but that did not solve the problem. Customer Service said they saw this issue previously with this foot, and agreed to send a replacement at no charge. In the meanwhile, in order to use the foot I put a piece of masking tape over the bottom to catch the black powder. That worked as a temporary fix. As I continued to use the foot another issue arose that did not so far seem to affect performance. The white plastic panel on the right side is moving out away from the device. Since the replacement arrived yesterday, that is the end of my experience with this one. I’ll be trying out the replacement foot in a few days. I sure hope it is problem free!
I was sewing with the foot on and it decided to break the needle. I think the fork bent? I needed to use a pliers to get the needle pulled out of the hole. Wonderful customer service. Maybe it was bent before I used it? Super customer service!
I ordered two other walking feet for my Juki. The other parts did not fit my machine as advertised. This one works great. Great service.
I have an older machine, Mega Quilter. The part was perfect.
So far, so good. I did find, however that the needle is very close to the edge of the foot.

This deluxe walking foot has the option of putting the guide on either side so I could straight stitch from either side of the needle. .I didn't have to mark straight lines on my quilt.

I have a Brother PQ1600s and this walking foot fit however it kept leaving black residue on the fabric and when I wiped off it left black marks all over fabric and did not come out. I emailed customer service and they were great and understanding. I provided pictures and told them what was happening.

I purchased this for my Janome HD9 and it works perfectly. It is a little fiddly to attach to the machine but once it it on, it definitely does the job.. I purchased it so I could do straight line quilting on my fabric used for bagmaking.
The foot works but it is very noisy
Really like it. However I wondered if it was really for a Janome. I wanted the Janome because it was suppose to work better for the Juki, and it does. Plus looking at photos of the Janome I saw they both have a hole at the top and the Juki doesn't , so that relieved my mind that is was the Janome I ordered for my Juki. My problem with the Juki's walking foot isn't the foot but the plate below. It is slightly out of whack. I can get it to work if I screw it down while holding the plate in the spot it needs to be so that when I stitching in the ditch I can see (barely) the left side of the seam as a guide. Thank you for the prompt delivery of my new walking foot.
I called your service representative and was told this walking foot would fit my machine. It did not. I have contacted customer service about your return policy and have received no response. I am very dissatisfied.
Once I remembered I had to get the arm of the foot over the needle bar, I was good to go. Got my quilt quilted with no issues.

This is my 3rd walking foot. For some reason the fork that slip into to the post, the lower part of the fork bends 90 degrees. I anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong let me know.

Was very impressed with the swift delivery of this item. Sadly, chatgpt put me wrong and it didn't fit my machine. Never trust AI! However the walking foot looks great and I'm sure I'll be able to find someone who can use it.

So I looked through your web site and decided to order e that looked like it would fit knowing of your return policy. I got lucky on the first try. It works like a charm.
