TLDR: Item was shipped used and severely delayed with no communication from the company. Bought multiple items and did not receive order updates for over a month. Took multiple days to receive communication when I reached out. I was told that there was one item (this one) from my order that was out of stock and they did not know when they would receive another shipment from the supplier. Took multiple emails back and forth for them to agree to send me the rest of my order in the meantime. Then suddenly, the item came back in stock. Everything shipped and when I received my items, one of the carbon brushes I ordered was clearly used. Took months to get another one because, again, there was no update from the supplier on when they would be restocked. Bad customer service from multiple people I spoke with. Won't be buying from this company again.
